I value having an integrated lifestyle that allows me to be a good parent, spouse, be healthy and fit, and give back to my community. I have a single-minded passion to help high-achieving impact-driven professionals achieve the same integrated lifestyle. I want to help you design powerful life and career experiences to close the gap between where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow.
I developed my life and career design process during a 21-year career at Eli Lilly & Company and continued to apply it as Adjunct Faculty at the IU Kelley School of Business MBA program, as a consultant with Roche Diagnostics and in my role as the Director of Butler University’s Lacy School of Business Graduate Programs.
Based on student feedback, I launched Evolu, LLC to bring my award-winning and comprehensive life and career strategic planning process to individuals around the globe, with a goal to positively impact the lives of 100,000 business professionals.

Using my cross-cultural experiences, active-listening and marketing expertise, I can discern your strengths and talents from your life stories. Together we will re-frame your narrative so you can think differently about your capabilities.
I enjoy listening to old and new music, binge-watching foreign movies while on the treadmill, and learning words in a new language. As a former photojournalist, I like to document the world, large and small, around me. And, most importantly, I delight in riding bikes and taking long nature walks with friends and my husband James.
